Lino Bedoya was born and raised in El Retiro, Colombia. He has been working in the farming-coffee industry for over 20 years. His family owns a piece of land where they cultivate, grow, and roast their coffee beans. It is a lifestyle that they embrace with love and lots of passion. Each berry is meticulously chosen and picked by hand. But what makes his coffee special is the toasting technique he uses.  Roasting by hand in small batches with traditional and organic methods, all done with his hands, a pot and lots of patience.
