This Privacy Policy explains how Intuicion Cafe (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information provided to us when users visit our cafes or use our website, www.intuicioncafe.com and any other websites or applications associated with Intuicion Cafe that refers users to or incorporates this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Sites”).

By visiting our Sites, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions. The Sites may contain content, services, advertising, and other materials that link to websites operated by third parties. We have no control over those other sites, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. We collect Usage Information by using cookies and pixel tags (also called web beacons or clear gifs). Cookies are small packets of data that a website stores on your computer’s hard drive so that your computer will “remember” information about your visit, which, in turn, helps us improve the quality of the services we provide on the Sites. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of website users. We do not collect Personal Information in this way, but if you’ve provided us with Personal Information, we may associate that information with the information that is collected automatically. Automatic data collection may be performed on our behalf by our services providers.

II. How We Use Your Information

We do not disclose your Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We may share your Personal Information under certain circumstances, however, including:
With third-party service providers when disclosure is necessary for us to receive services including, but not limited to, email and postal delivery, order fulfillment, website hosting, and marketing and analytics. We also share your payment information with third party service providers as necessary to process your payment for purchases. Such third parties store your payment information; we do not store this information. Storage by the third-party service provider of your payment information is subject to such service provider’s privacy policies and practices. By providing your payment information, you acknowledge and agree to use of such information by the third-party service provider for purposes of processing your payment to us. If we believe, in our discretion, that disclosure is required by law, to enforce our agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Intuicion Café our customers. In connection with a potential or actual corporate transaction, such as a merger, consolidation, or sale of some or all of our business assets, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy. At your direction or with your permission. As disclosed to you at the time of collection. As otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. We may also share information that does not directly identify you, such as aggregate Usage Information.

IV. How We Protect Your Information
We take commercially reasonable steps to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to and from us over the Internet. E-mail sent to or from us may not be secure, and you should, therefore, take special care in deciding what information you send to us via e-mail.

V. Account Information
Please note that we may retain certain information for tax or record-keeping purposes as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

VI. Your Choices

A. Promotional Communications.
If you wish to stop receiving our promotional e-mails, you may unsubscribe for promotional emails. If you are having difficulty unsubscribing from our promotional communications, please email hello@intuicioncafe.com Please note that if you opt-out of receiving promotional communications from us, we may still send you transaction-related communications, such as emails about your account, purchases, or subscriptions.

B. Cookies.
Most common web browsers allow users to accept or reject cookies based on the user’s preferences. You can reject cookies by following the directions provided in your Internet provider’s “help” file. Please note that disabling cookies may prevent the Sites from working properly.

VII. Use by Children
We do not intend for our Site to be used by anyone under the age of 13. If you are a User under the age of 13, please do not send any Personal Information to us. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we may have collected information about your child, please contact us as described in the Contact section of this Privacy Policy.

VIII. Do Not Track
We currently do not monitor, recognize, or respond to any opt-out or do not track mechanisms, including general web browser “Do Not Track” settings and/or signals.

IX. California Resident Disclosures
This section applies only to individuals who are residents of California (“you” or “CA Consumers”), and it is intended to inform such residents about our data collection practices and your privacy-related rights under California law.

B. Sharing Personal Information
We do not sell personal information.

C. Your Right to Access Information.
Up to two times each year, you or your authorized representative may request that we disclose to you the categories and specific pieces of personal information that we have collected relating to you during the 12-months before your request, our sources for collecting that information, how we used and shared that information, and our business or commercial purpose for collecting that information.

D. Your Right to Delete Information.
You or your authorized representative may request that we delete personal information about you that we have collected. Please note, however, that may not be able to fully address your request in certain circumstances, such as when retaining information is necessary to complete a transaction; to protect against fraudulent or illegal activity, or to prosecute those responsible for such activity; to exercise our rights; or to comply with a legal obligation.

E. Making Requests.

F. Non-Discrimination.
Intuicion Cafe will not discriminate against you for exercising any rights under the CCPA.

G. Other California Privacy Rights.
California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Please note we do not disclose your Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

X. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date stated at the top of this Privacy Policy. We may change this Privacy Policy from time-to-time and will post any changes on the Site as soon as they go into effect. We will notify you by revising the effective date at the top of the updated Privacy Policy. We may also provide you with additional notice by adding a notice to our homepage or sending you an email.
Please refer to this Privacy Policy regularly to check for updates. By accessing the Sites after we make any such changes to this Privacy Policy, you are deemed to have accepted such changes.
