Coffee – Due to the perishable nature of our coffee and the freshness standards we guarantee, we are unable to accept returns.

We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs. However, if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us or we have made a mistake with your order, please contact our support team at hello@intuicioncafe.com for further assistance.

Merchandise – Any refunded item must be in its original condition. We accept returns within a 30-day period, only if merchandise is unused and in its original package.

Gift Card – This card is a gift card to be used only at www.intuicioncafe.com This card cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

Intuicion Café cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Acceptance of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
