Catering Services Contract

This Catering Services Contract (“Contract”) is entered into on the date of acceptance by the Client and Intuición Café LLC (“Company”).

1. Services

The Company agrees to provide mobile coffee catering services as specified and agreed upon between the Client and the Company.

2. Deposit

To secure the event date, the Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of the catering services upon acceptance of this Contract. No date will be reserved without this deposit.

3. Payment

The remaining balance is due no later than five (5) days prior to the scheduled event date. Failure to remit payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit.

4. Accuracy of Event Details & Modifications

The Client acknowledges that providing accurate event details — including guest count, location, and timing — is essential for proper planning and execution. Should there be any changes after signing this agreement, or if the provided details are inaccurate, the Company reserves the right to adjust the final invoice accordingly. The Client will be notified of any adjustments or surcharges in advance.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • If the Client cancels the event 30 days or more before the scheduled date, only 20% of the total payment is refundable.

  • If the Client cancels within 30 days of the event, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

6. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is permitted with at least 10 days’ notice. A $250 rescheduling fee will apply. The remaining balance will be credited toward the new event date ( as long as the date is available on our calendar), which must take place within six (6) months of the original date.

7. Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, venue issues, or client negligence.

8. Acceptance

The Client agrees to be bound by all terms of this Contract upon the Company’s acceptance of the deposit.

9. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the state.

10. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between the Client and the Company and supersedes all previous discussions, emails, or written documents.

11. Amendment

This Contract may be modified only by written agreement.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Contract is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Waiver

Failure by either party to enforce any provision of this Contract shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision in the future.

Coffee – Due to the perishable nature of our coffee and the freshness standards we guarantee, we are unable to accept returns. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs. However, if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us or we have made a mistake with your order, please contact our support team at intuicioncafe@gmail.com for further assistance.

Merchandise – Any refunded item must be in its original condition. We accept returns within a 30-day period, only if merchandise is unused and in its original package.

Gift Card – This card is a gift card to be used only at www.intuicioncafe.com This card cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash. Intuicion Café cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Acceptance of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
